The Intrinsic Essence of Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga™ Asana and TaiYogaChi™:
Raja Yoga Based Continuous Stream of Heightened Conscious Awareness Seamlessly Integrated With a Slow, Smooth, Vinyasa Flow of Yoga Poses.
I have found that the range of experiences, and subsequent benefits, one has when practicing any yogasana method is not commensurate with their physical condition, energy level, or level of yogasana experience, but is commensurate not only with the practitioner's level of "mindfulness, sincerity, and intention" they bring to the practice, but is also commensurate with the underlying, intrinsic essence of the yogasana method itself.
I practice and teach Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga™ Asana and TaiYogaChi™ because I 've experienced firsthand they have a truly unbounded potential in not only calming the mind and instilling a sense of well-being, presence, and awakening, but they also have an unbounded potential in the experiential and spiritual realms of 'moving meditation' and 'moving samyama'.
After more than twenty years of practice, as my yogasana methods evolved and matured into what they are today, I still find this truly amazing. Yogasana has always been one of my most important yoga practices, and is the single yoga practice that saved my life over twenty years ago.

Please note regarding Asana versus TaiYogaChi™:
While I have two entire video presentations introducing both Asana and TaiYogaChi™ (which you can watch anytime via the links below or on YouTube) and therefore want to minimize repetition of information here, it is important at this point to understand two main differences between Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga™ Asana and TaiYogaChi™:
1) TaiYogaChi™ is a more advanced practice than Asana in that TaiYogaChi™ is a more "internally aware and flowing" practice, with less mental-activity focused on the mechanics of the poses, such that the practitioner is performing their TaiYogaChi™ practice in a deeper continuous uninterrupted stream of heightened concentration/awareness "inward", in silence (or being led in a TaiYogaChi™ session with just the names of the poses being said, with little to no additional verbalization during the practice). This is to allow the TaiYogaChi™ practitioner the silence, the "space", to go deeper in their inner observation and inner awareness, and thereby substantially increase the opportunity to transcend the "continuous uninterrupted stream of concentration" into a higher experience of "moving meditation", or even "absorption/oneness" , during the TaiYogaChi™ practice.
2) Given the above, it is important to understand that prior to practicing TaiYogaChi™, it is important for the practitioner to have previously become familiar with, and comfortable with, the corresponding level of Asana class (which provides more guidance on the poses throughout the practice), so that they are familiar enough with each pose to be able to perform the pose with just the name of the pose being said, with little to no additional verbalization. And also to be able to perform each pose without as much, if any, mental-activity focused on the mechanics of the poses, so that they are more "free" to direct their heightened concentration/awareness "inward" to experience the deeper underlying essence of TaiYogaChi™.

Keith
