"Observing within, the inner experience, is what makes yoga Yoga.", Keith Wolfe, founder of Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga™

Please Read this Important and Sincere Note:
It’s important to understand that practicing Kindness, Compassion, Forgiveness, and Living Love (or any other Raja-Vinyasa Apex Yoga™ practice, or living life in general), does not mean accepting or approving of mistreatment or abuse (of any kind, including verbal, emotional, physical, or otherwise). On the contrary, these practices also involve self-respect and treating yourself with kindness, compassion, forgiveness, and love. This includes:
Setting boundaries against mistreatment and abusive behavior.
Still being able to say “no” to people.
Not becoming vulnerable to exploitation or allowing others to violate your well-being.
Understanding that practicing Kindness, Compassion, Forgiveness, Living Love, or any other values of moral conscience towards others does not mean you are excusing their behavior, or absolving them from being held responsible for their behavior, or allowing them to be a part of your life.
If you are struggling through difficulty, it is important to seek support and get the help you need.
My very best regards,
- Keith
